May 11th, 18th, June 1st and 8th: Writing Memories with Joanne Dobson 1:00-2:30 p.m.
Do you think you don’t have stories to tell? Think again. Your life is full of stories. In this 90-minute class we will take a look at the ways in which memory can bring the past alive in vital and even inspiring ways. We can never change the past, but we can find new meanings in it, and, through the stories we have to tell about our lives, we can delight in the discoveries we make about who we are—and why.
Bring pen and paper. This will be fun!
Cost to non-RCC members: $50 payable by check or online via PayPal on www.RidgeburyCongregationalChurch.org

May 4th, 11th, June 1st, 8th, 22nd, and 29th: The Call of Soul with Deborah Rundlett 7:00-8:30 p.m.
"Call is an invitation to wholeness, a spiritual prompting to complete the work of love that we are here to do." Marjorie Zoet Bankson
Follow me! Two simple words that were to change the course of Peter’s life. Follow me, Jesus said. Follow me and you will come to know what it is to be fully alive-within and without. This study is a blend of biblical reflection and practices to help you nurture your relationship with the Triune God, name your passions, and claim your strengths. In the words of Howard Thurman: “Don’t ask yourself what the world needs. Ask yourself what makes you come alive, and go do that, because what the world needs is people who have come alive.” It is then that we are set free to complete the work of love that we are here to do. Within each one of us there is a yearning to make a difference. In each and every season of our lives, we are given the opportunity to seek wholeness through engaging in that which makes us come alive. The invitation, the question, is: Will we follow Jesus when he calls our name?
